Stock items will ship within 24-48 hours. Custom products take longer to produce and generally ship in 3-10 business days after proof approval based on the complexity of the item ordered. ALL INDEX SALES ARE FINAL for custom products.

If you are dissatisfied with any stock item, contact us within 5 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIPT regarding return for credit, replacement or refund.
ALL RETURNED ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING CHARGE and must be in manufacturer's original cartons. This pertains to STOCK items ordered. Any CUSTOM item ordered is not able to be returned since all sales are FINAL.
Our Receiving Department cannot accept unauthorized returns. For replacement or proper credit to your account, please call for your Return Authorization number.
ALL CANCELLED ITEMS prior to shipment are subject to a 3% chargeback fee from the payment processor and it is possible that 97% of your funds will be returned.
If litigation becomes necessary to enforce the terms of our sales agreement, the prevailing party to such litigation shall be entitled to receive its' cost of collection excluding attorney fees.
Our sales agreements shall be deemed accepted and performed at Redwood City, California, County of San Mateo and if litigation becomes necessary to enforce the terms of the agreement, venue shall be in Redwood City in the County of San Mateo, California.
